Standard Reservations

72+ Hours Before Check-in
Full refund available with no cancellation fee
24-72 Hours Before Check-in
50% of the first night's accommodation fee will be charged
Less than 24 Hours Before Check-in
100% of the first night's accommodation fee will be charged
Modifications
Modifications to existing reservations, such as changes in dates or room types, are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments. Modifications should be made at least 72 hours prior to the original check-in date to avoid potential cancellation fees.
Package Reservations
For reservations that include special packages or tour packages, the following cancellation policy applies:

50% of the total package amount will be charged
Less than 3 Days Before Check-in
100% of the total package amount will be charged
Package Modifications
Modifications to package reservations may be subject to additional restrictions based on the specific package components. Please contact our reservations team directly to discuss modification options for package bookings.
Group Reservations
Group reservations (5 or more rooms) are subject to a separate cancellation policy, which will be outlined in the group contract. Please contact our group sales department for specific information regarding group bookings.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date without prior notification (no-show), the full amount for the first night of your stay will be charged, and the remainder of your reservation may be cancelled at our discretion.
Early Departure
If you check out before your scheduled departure date, you may be charged for the remaining nights of your original reservation. To avoid early departure fees, please notify the front desk at least 24 hours before your new departure date.
Seasonal and Special Event Periods
During high-demand periods, holidays, and special events, a more restrictive cancellation policy may apply. Any special cancellation terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond your control (e.g., severe weather conditions, natural disasters, government actions), we may waive cancellation fees at our discretion. Documentation may be required to support force majeure claims.

Refund Processing
