At Calnariq Casino Hotel, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible while allowing us to manage our room inventory effectively.
Standard Room Reservations
Modification Policy
Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability and rate changes. Changes to dates, room type, or length of stay may result in a rate adjustment.
- Shortening your stay within 48 hours of arrival may result in an early departure fee equivalent to one night's stay.
- Extensions are subject to availability and current rates.
Suite and Premium Room Reservations
Cancellation Timeframes and Fees
Group Reservations (5+ Rooms)
Group reservations are subject to specific terms outlined in the group contract. Generally, the following cancellation policy applies:
Individual room cancellations within a group block may be subject to different terms as specified in the group contract.
Special Events and Peak Periods
During special events, holidays, and peak periods, a more restrictive cancellation policy may apply. This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Special event periods typically include, but are not limited to:
- New Year's Eve (December 29 - January 1)
- Major conventions and trade shows
- Major sporting events
- Holiday weekends
For these periods, full prepayment may be required at the time of booking, and cancellations may be non-refundable regardless of when they are made.
Non-Refundable Rates
Reservations booked under non-refundable rates or special promotions cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. These reservations are charged in full at the time of booking.
Restaurant Reservations
For our fine dining restaurants, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: No fee
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: $50 per person cancellation fee
- No-shows: Full price of the fixed menu or $75 per person for à la carte reservations
For parties of 8 or more, a credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking, and a more restrictive cancellation policy may apply.
Spa Appointments
For spa appointments, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: No fee
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: 50% of the treatment price
- No-shows: Full price of the scheduled treatment
Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure circumstances (such as natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other events beyond our control), we may offer more flexible cancellation terms. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

When canceling, please have your confirmation number ready. All cancellations should be made through the same channel as the original booking when possible.
Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
